Celebrating the Autumn Equinox

Sunday, September 20th
10:00 to 11:30 am PDT Via Zoom

The Autumn Equinox is one of the most profound turning points of the year. It is the moment when day and night stand in perfect equilibrium, a sacred pause before the world turns toward winter.

Themes associated with the Autumn Equinox are harvest, gratitude, balance and release. It is a time for reflection, surrender, honoring abundance and loss, and our ancestors who have walked before us. It is a powerful invitation to release old patterns, relationships and beliefs that no longer align with our growth.

The Autumn Equinox is September 22, and in this gathering the Sunday before (September 20th), we'll explore ways to engage with these transformational energies, and prepare for the new season.

We'll look at the deeper spiritual meanings of the equinox, rich in sacred symbolism, tie it into the astrological signs of Libra and Scorpio, and how the ancients celebrated this profound time with ritual and purpose.

I'll guide you in a meditation to connect you into the Equinox energies and your own wisdom to guide you forward. At the end of the meditation, there will be a journaling prompt to help you set intentions for the new season.

An audio recording of the gathering will be sent to you after.
